My cat used to do that. She’d be sitting ‘loaf like’ in front of the fire and we could watch as her head gradually lowered until her nose touched the floor, by which time she was asleep! ❤😅

The cat drama continues haha, I love cat social dynamics. The sweetest most loving cat on my street HATES all other cats and fights with them constantly. But she is the most loving and soft kitty for people I've ever met.

I've read that it goes back to them kneading their mothers when suckling as kittens, so when they feel super safe, content, and with their beloved they go back to that instinct again. Not sure if that's definite but I like that explanation.

Bengals need so much enrichment and exercise. They will get depressed and aggressive. They shouldn't even be bread , it's all for the human spectacle and it's sad. I really hope you take extra care to give him the exercise and mental stimulation he needs.
