Hi there, with a recent update, we do have an option to group products via bulk upload in Sellerise. You can analyze your stats this way in all Sellerise tools already (like Sales & Profit tool). Custom groups filter for the newest Dashboard PRO tool is still in development though. Coming soon, stay tuned!

Hey Brite, thanks for the question! Amazon changed their policies, indeed. You cannot use Buyer-Seller messages to request reviews manually anymore. What you CAN do is use a "Request a Review" button on the details page for each order in Amazon Seller Central that triggers a standard email to the buyer asking them to leave both a product review and seller feedback. 💥And this is where our Review Requester comes into action! It fully automates this process, i.e., you don't have to click that "Request a Review" button manually for each order. ☝The seller does not have any way to customize the review request message, nor do we (we're 100% ToS compliant).
