Sir, certification has some weightage in selecting criteria. However, your prior degree plays a major role in your selection. so try to find those universities in Unversitaly portal which offers your desire courses and have less prerequisites criteria and apply as much as you can. since Artificial Intelligence is the top field so competition is quite high.

yeah definitely, you can get the admission. you just have to search you relavent course on universitaly website , and apply in courses in which you are perfectly fit, with required documents. best of luck

scholarship is a different procedure after securing admission. scholarship grant by regions. lets say, if you secure admission in university of Parma so you will have check and apply for correspondingly regional scholarship.For instance, for Parma university regional scholarship is provided by Ergo regional scholarship. hope I made you clear.
