I've played Ferrari F355 Challenge a few times in my life. It's a tough as nails game since it's literally Gran Turismo disguised as an arcade game that you would find in the arcades. It's a fun game though! And also to address the little stutter at race start, I cut out about 30 minutes of me retrying Suzuka Short over and over and over again due to mistakes I have committed during each race.

I used reshade to apply the crt filter in the game
I think one of the things that keeps me slipping against your skill (aside from goofy ahh mistakes over the tough courses lol) is that playing on Keyboard doesn't let me take as easily some lines that can be taken without drifting but only barely But anyways, pretty fun races we had - thanks for uploading these in high quality :)

That's how it is. I got it from www.myabandonware.com/game/outrun-2006-coast-2-coast-cc3 The set up for the game allows you to only change the resolution. But I am not sure about the hack that comes with the game that allows you to do stuff like set a frame rate limit is also able to adjust the aspect ratio. I'm sure it's not gonna look good on bigger aspect ratios and I'm not gonna mess with that
I used to have Rocksmith, I couldn't seem to get the hang of it.
Mood. It takes time and practice since it's a real guitar you're using
