Note, the bulk of the Glastron line uses no wood in construction of the hull. The only wood used is small portions of the seats. Upshot is, the Glastrons won't rot out from water getting into wood structures, & make for a VERY long lasting boat. Don't consider dropping a 300 HP outboard engine on this 20 footer for more speed, the hull will chine-walk, making it un-stable at speed......plus, it is illegal to do so.
