I wrestled high school and som college, my first combat sport is wrestling and then I started jujitsu.. beat foundation ever, having wrestling as a foundation helped me beat blue belts and purple belts.. they advance bjj athletes hated dealing with me, I got to a point where I only had to grapple with purple and brown belts because I was submitting all the blue belts. This is why I’m having my kids wrestling first and then learn bjj
