Following the anti-Sudanese protests across major cities in South Sudan 🇸🇸, the economy is dwindling with most of the businesses and/or shops remaining closed for days. This has left the netizens wondering about the major stakeholders with questions like who controls the South Sudan economy?

I was terrible in both languages.Even my KCSE Kiswahili B plain mark was a surprise.

South Sudanese civil servants have not been paid over 12 months of their salaries. This has left most people unable to feed themselves and their families. A lecturer from the University of Juba recently disclosed that they can't even afford to buy chappatti. Therefore, they are surviving only on mangoes!

Over the last couple of days, South Sudanese citizens have been protesting against the brutal killing of the South Sudanese nationals during the Wad Medani massacre. The protests are taking place in major cities across the country (South Sudan 🇸🇸) in solidarity with the bereaved families and to hold the perpetrators of the heinous acts accountable!
