Flow Chemistry: Tubing Tutorial (Optional)
Просмотров 3,8 тыс.6 лет назад
If you are using this as a simple syringe pump, you clearly do not need to worry about this section. Just put the syringe in the syringe pump and away you go! The tubing required for flow chemistry is dictated by the type of chemistry being studied. In this section we will be discussing the typical and simple setups that are available. reactor-calculations - chem.uncg.edu/croatt/wp-content/uplo...

Flow Chemistry: Introduction (part 1)
Просмотров 2,3 тыс.6 лет назад
In this video series, there will be instructions on how to build a syringe pumping station. This project was started to gain more control over the flow of chemicals during our flow chemistry experiments. Major benefits over commercial syringe pumps including: 1. The ability to customize anything. That includes things like operating voltage, hardware dimensions, syringe size, stepper motor torqu...

Chemistry and Biochemistry Graduate Program Overview
please what is the name of app?
Hello thank you for this brilliant video. I wanted to use this with a 50ml syringe so would need to make some changes on the 3d print file. Do you have the step file for this? Thank you so much!
How do you determine RT by tube diameter, flow rate and tube length ?
Tube D and L gives Volume. (Total volume/ Total Flow rate)= Residence Time
Seria un buen proyecto implementarlo para la administración de medicamentos, costaría menos que los equipos actualmente disponibles.
Hi , Can you tell me how control the BACKWARD the syringe, and which commend we will be used in serial monitor
Wow, I really appreciate your syringe series.
Hi, my stepper motor is not holding after moving, can i ask why?
Very useful video.
How I can calculate the step rate (steps/second) for a given flow rate(ml/second)?
what driver board are you using??
I got it to work with: SainSmart CNC Router Single 1 Axis 3.5A TB6560 Stepper Stepping Motor Driver Board
Great advice, Derick!!!!
Great job!! May I ask how much ml is the syringe? and could you please provide the Motor torque info? I have made something similar using a belt instead of the screw rod but my Nema17 has only like 12 n.cm which almost done the job but not really efficient.
Theralase :-)
Excellent video, congratulations Dr. Cech!!
