How do you help someone who constantly feels guilty when they shouldn't? They did nothing wrong, but feel like they need to apologize. Sometimes they don't even know why they are saying sorry for.... Is there guidance you can give to know when a person should say sorry?
How do I forgive myself for all the harm I’ve caused others? I’m suicidal 😢😢😢😢
Gen Z pushing back on work/productivity culture. Pendulum seems to be swinging back from over-working. I don’t conceptualize it like this . I see it as about isolation post-covid and fewer spaces to find people and common activities. Workplaces in the 90s and 2010s had elements of connection, community with others. Now working is a more isolating experience. I have clients bed-rotting, and they hate it. Many are clinically depressed, or are addicted to screens. Anna Lembke explains how this addiction works.
This is truly enlightening. Thanks 👍
Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is essential for healthy melatonin levels, especially for those who work at night.
"... Two hours’ good sleep before twelve o'clock is worth more than four hours after twelve o'clock ... "
When the sheep fail, melatonin prevails. 😊
I was socially persecuted in Japan. I was writing novels. My face looked like a lion. I quit my job when I was young because I got emotional. I was shunned for three reasons. It was really, really horrible. On the other hand, they caused the mass media to self-destruct and exposed the true nature of LGBT. They were the most influential social figures in Japan to date. Number one. And they are famous. Some people call them legends. Legends! Legends! Legends!
Psilocybin mushrooms have certainly had a beneficial effect on my mental health. They've been quite effective for me in managing my anxiety and depression.
Does anyone know any good source to get them? I put so much on my plate and it definitely affects my stress and anxiety levels, would love to give shrooms a try.
levishroomies got you
Please, how do I reach levishroomies?
Is he on the internet?
Yes, he is
Bless the LORD for Barbara! Thank you for interviewing her.
I definitely agree with choosing to foster a Victor mentality is the goal, it just isn't as simple as therapists make it sound. When Christians were your worst abusers it is not helpful to limit Spiritual connection tobone religion. Spirituality is far more empowering
Victims repeating same stories are in need of someone truly hearing them and validating their emotions.
Therapists don't grasp that emotional mental abuse causes invisible injuries equal to legs being cut off, skin being burnt. Expecting them to just lighten up and focus positively and believe they have control when they never have had any. It is not an attitude, mentality or mindset shift only that helps these people. Subconscious reprogramming is essential.
If your subconscious is programmed by repeated victimizing experiences, and abused to develop learned helplessness, Your reality as you grow older keeps reflecting back to you ways in which you cannot win, no matter how hard you work to counter it
Thank you,great podcast.
❤❤❤❤❤
I went on lexapro for some minor anxiety and burnout symptoms 10mg I lasted two weeks and am quitting . I made me so sick and extremely anxious all the time . I had hot flashes chills, I couldn't eat or sleep ... my head hurt all the time my hands would shake I had the runs all day.... sore throat it felt like covid . Please help my son’s cure
Dr.Binnus I Need to discuss with you regarding my son and cure
I used to listen to this podcast on a podcast platform, but seeing you live on RUclips makes me excited to watch more here and learn more. Thank you for your presentation. ❤❤
Thank you so much for this video ❤
What kind of exercise, and how many hours a week.
Can bipolar takes their medication with their vitamin together.
Mental issues are very much curable for the most part. Unlike psychiatric drug induced brain lobotmy and shrinkage. I have missed out on at least 5-15% Hippocampus and prefrontal cortex development during adolescence because I took psychiatric drugs for six years because they told me it was the only thing that I can do and I should never quit because I was feeling worse as I take them and they told me it was all because I was not taking the right drug until I realized it was all a big fucking lie that ruined my talents,my memory, my brain my life, my schools and degrees, i will never have any of it now. I have said many times that I rather have cancer and knowing that I have a chance of being cured. There is no cure for chemical lobotmy.
I’m five minutes in, and I can’t take the interviewers comments
I don’t know who the interview is, but she’s very annoying. She should speak to a Voice coach. And learn how to listen.
Iam building a wellness center too, if anyone can help me here❤
How can Barbara be a psychiatric nurse at the age 19 or 20? I just watched soft white underbelly and a 21 year old claimed to be a semester away from being a nurse before she got hooked on drugs. Folks commented that they are a nurse and she's lying. Now I'm thinking she may not have been... Is this possible??
Neither of these people know anything about meditation. The way the woman host described it at 6 minute mark is utterly ridiculous. Meditation and mindfulness can be tools for mental health for a large subset of the population though not all.
I absolutely love this women. A good friend of mine showed me Mrs. O'Niell's videos about a year ago, and I am always fascinated with her ability to explain things simply yet thoroughly. She is awesome.
Great video. I was really disappointed to find a video where Barbara o'neill was recommending meditation and yoga.
Which video please?
@rodbaum3384 "rub this to destroy wrinkles"
I always wonder how that works, cause if you have bipolarity, which is not a psychological illness, howcome people can live very happy lives with eating healthy and exercise. Seems to me if that helps you don´t really have bipolar, or bipolar is a psychological disease. Just eating healthy and exercising shouldn´t have any effect on true biological illnesses. Can anyone weigh in on how this works?
God bless this woman
Good old Facebook allowed my ex to rekindle with several old boyfriends from highschool. The telling sign was taking her calls into the bathroom. At that point, it was already over, I just didnt know it. So many years invested, even prior to marriage, all down the tubes. Yeah it hurts for awhile, but you DO get back on your feet and I didnt get any support from BMW, but I certainly think I might have been able to use it. Even 13 years later, with the kid now grown into adulthood, I have kept away from relationships, because I do not see the qualities in modern women anymore.
Thank you ❤
Great!!! Good information... Lots of love by Planet Ayurveda.
how can i contact Barbara O'Neil ??
Thankyou so much for this beautiful podcast it has helped me immensely !! These mental laws areeeee a gift to human kind 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I only used to feeling anxiety years ago mostly because of my job. Then my father got sick and passed away. That’s when bipolar sickness came on from the shock because we’re very close. I can’t remember what I do after we passed away. I think I just locked myself in my room and here I am 18 years later in my room.

Did you experience memory loss after ECT?
Es molestoso cuando la entrevistadora todo el tiempo dice "Huhumn"
I have completely reorganized my life to avoid triggers. There are places I won't go to on certain dates because of what happens there, I won't buy a house near a gun range, and I quit a job and moved away because the jets flying over reminded me of being rocket attacked. I don't carry a gun for fear that I will kill someone if they startle me. Are you telling me that the only way to get better is to go live under the military jet way, let people set off fireworks around me, and listen to gunfire all the time? Because right now, hard pass.
How are you doing? I am a regular viewer from your channel. I am just here to tell you that you are creating very amazing content.
Priceless information. Thanks
Well it would also help if big companies stop selling abnormal shoes, i encourage people to buy barefoot shoes.
It does replace Doctors!
I was wondering , does journaling help with ocd/scrupulosity ? I keep a prayer journal but I’ve been wanting to keep a normal journal too just to write out my day. Things that bother me also facts I’ve found about ocd to help me refocus on what’s true and not just my thoughts . Is that ok to do ?
Medication is important. Psychosis is dangerous
I believe that this is Negative Self-Talk and not Labeling. It's an informative video though.
