100% everyone I’ve ever known has backed out on the exit of that corner if there on the outside but a crash was always going to happen either way how the driving standard were

yes but ive got to be honest there not great 😂 its a good idea but they last 20 minutes and difficult to use

Just went and watched it, much better, you gained so much on the run out you keeping up with big motors down to t1 because of the exit, just stop hitting that kerb because Colin will get too good at changing stub bearings 😂

Yeah we had a bad qualifying so to keep us in clean air we pitted and it worked perfectly

Yeah looking back on it I didn’t leave him a lot of room and then it seemed he turned in on me but I’d put myself more at blame not taking enough caution with a novice team

I wasn’t expecting both of them to happen especially only a few laps apart 😂 Both races were quite good fun didn’t expect us to be fighting that high up

@@AlessiaPrime from when i went less than a week ago and your footage, nothing has really changed. Nothing thorough just a more-or-less guide (e.g. braking and lift off zones)

It is very rare to get clean racing in rentals to be honest which is good to find a good race between us

There is a sweet spot but it’s very difficult to find it most of the time it still bumps you hard but the camera will take a lot of the shock away

no as you come down the ramp I'm on the brakes for a second back onto the power then flat till the left hander before the double right lift little then flat from the double right hander all the way up the hiukll till you get to the pit lane

these karts are about 4 or 5 seconds slower a lap i recon but they are abit heavier as there built alot stronger to a rotax because these karts are raced in endurance races normally around 4hours and can do 24hour races whereas rotax typically do 20 minute races at most

@@AlessiaPrime Yh, do you know how competitive the senior rotax is at rye house?

Best way is rent a session with pro kart south they rent these karts in races and arrive and drive sessions they’ll show you everything you need to know with setting them up the karts and driving them I’d recommend contacting them about a arrive and drive session first so you can get an idea of how everything works before entering a race. You could go down there on a Friday I believe they run karts every Friday so go down to the track just have a chat with them they work in the building by the pylon and the k1 kids track. @prokartsouth Ethan is the owner 👍

No I’ve not run any 200s this month going teeside 24 hour next up so hopefully can get some footage from that on the 200s

@@gokartman78 oh yeah i think every 3 or 4 laps there was a rocket ship overtaking me on the straights there engine are insane 😂

@@AlessiaPrime is it just them with those engines, are there no way to go to the same builder and buy/rent them?

@@gokartman78if it was possible to buy the same engines as helicopter we’d probably need to take out a loan to afford it,

It was the bearing that failed the wheel was still attached to the hub we believe contact early in the race caused the issue
