Between contrast and harmony, Chaos and the Calm takes you along on a journey from the sprawling deserts of Americana to the wooded landscapes of Folk, all infused with the city sensibilities of Pop.
Consisting of Birgitte Hellwig on vocals and Joachim Henriksen on guitar, the juxtaposed duo details in their songs concepts of freedom, dreams, and the human connection.
Their newest single «Wild One» showcases a motivated longing for the periphery, away from a conformist lifestyle. That ungoverned frontier of life where one may run freely and untamed, together with a soulmate who may be just as wild as them.
