I can't trust my intuition because it is inaccurate and raw, it is useful when there is no time to think. But when I intuitively calculate numbers I can't trust my intuition because in most cases it will be close to the number I need to get, and in rare cases, it will be the correct number. Intuition is you thinking, or at least the part of you that keeps you alive, It is your brain going into overdrive and using your memory to make an educated guess for the situation you find yourself in. It does not have to be accurate it has to be good enough to keep you alive (or give you the best possible income ).

As a former student in English when I was at university, I learn English by listening, reading, talking to myself and to people and listening again, reading again ! I've realised that total immersion in an English country is not the best way to improve yourself actually !
