This is week 3 of 20 yoga asan series for beginners. Note: 1). All asan has to be hold for 30 seconds on both sides. 2). Breathe ahould be normal. Don't hold it. 3). Work on the alignment as well. Somehow my video recording got stopped ao i could not show sarvangasan & Halasan in the end. Close the asan series with 10 cycles of Nadi shodhan pranayam & savasan for atleast 4-5 minutes. #yoga #yog...

Ayurved is more inclined towards the functional anatomy rather than physical anatomy. So Ayurveda believes that our body is constituted of 3 things A). 3 Doshas: Vata, Pitta & Kapha. B). 7 Dhatus (Bodily tissues). C). 3 Malas (Urine, Feaces & Sweat). So in this video i have tried to give an understanding on Vata dosha.

Anna you need to get your postures checked by a teacher as you are doing some of them slightly wrong. Otherwise good video and amazing flexibility, one of the best ever seen 🙏

On Standing pose: hi did you inhale intense and exhale thrice? i heard 4 breaths but not sure if first is inhale or exhale. On sitting pose, sideways: u did only once, was it inhale or exhale?

To all those people who are planning to learn and do it after seeing this video. Please don't do it. It might cause immense damage to you. Learn it from a trained hatha yoga teacher only. Hatha yoga should be taught by a trained teacher only. you may find a hatha yoga teacher near you by typing isha hatha yoga teacher finder on google.
To all the viewers here, do not practice hatha yoga when u r not under the guidance of a guru... Seeing and learning is the worst practice that one can do... This will cause a lot of harm to your body... Pls avoid posting hatha yoga videos and dont mislead people...
I understand your concern and agree in parts, but the reality is that yoga classes are far from financialy accessible for most people. If everyone who wants to start practicing yoga had to find a guru, yoga would disappear from Earth. This kind of video introduces people to start liking and, afterwards, to search for more proper and serious ways to practice yoga.
Totally agree and I wish they didn't charge so much and made it into secret when they learned it for free. I don't understand the reason for changing arms and legs , making it only options for rich and elite

You should learn from Isha Hata Yoga Teachers only. They have gone through a rigorous training for this
