3cr for 3 bhk in Varthur desert.. 😂😂 .. even if a person pay 25% down payment.. for 2.25 cr loan EMI will be close to 2 lakh per month and a person need to have 4 lakh per month monthly income.. seems like prestige in Bangalore is trying to fool NRIs 😂

No borewell or panchayat/corporation water supply. Only source is water tankers. Unless the promoter gives in written document, don’t believe sales people of any builders. Think!
