In my experience, running the diesel heater does help reduce condensation because it keeps the air warm and dry. To answer your question about runtime: I usually leave the heater on overnight at a low setting to maintain warmth. It doesn’t need to be on full blast-just enough to prevent temperature drops that cause condensation. @ yes a video on insulation would be great thank you! I actually have the same red transit as yourself, and funnily enough for some reason even though I have added lots of plastic insulation on the roof and walls, if I sleep in the van I wake up with a wet duvet on top! Really struggling how to solve that, I have tried cracking the windows open and leaving them open overnight however the condensation and wet duvet still happens so I’m really hoping the diesel heater will solve this. Any tips of what else could help?

@@jean683-y8k Yes, its a tried and tested method. If you do end up trying it in the future, I would highly recommend giving the rubber and the the metal your putting the seal onto a good clean, as in - ''wipe off'' any dust and washing up liquid etc. The hairspray method makes for a great bond and will last a very long time. Should also try and get a little rubber mallet or rubber hammer, give the seal a good tap as you go with the rubber mallet. Always handy to have in the van, get them online or in most DIY shops.
