Return of the Obra Dinn - Three Fates Correct Theme (Extended)
salta la intro, esta intro no se salta bro
I'm old and I don't have much screen time, not played the game yet tho it's on my list. But damn I love the soundtrack
even the names of the songs on their side look like a corpse
What's all this you damn fool?
Bargain C really did something to me. RIP Martin, he was a hero.
good GOD what was this man on when he was making this game
This song came up for me yesterday and despite having never consciously thought about the music, or of this game at all, since I beat it ages ago, I can't get this OST out of my head now! It was more genius than I gave it credit for at the time (to be fair, I had mysteries to solve)
Gotta love Escape A and B! <3
Halle Curve
I love that the last person on board that I successfully identified is actually one of the first two people it's possible to identify at the start of the game: the helmsman. It's really funny to me how you can dive into the deepest rabbit holes of information trying to get one person's identity, but completely ignore the guy standing (sorta) next to the helm every time he's on screen.
Yeah, the game considers having the sketch enough information to determine his identity!

When that "The Doom" kicks in and you just KNOW they're DOOMED. 👌
This game has the obvious musical winners, but I do so much love all the black horses that apparently also other youtubers like.
Hell no, all them songs are bangers!

O'Connell Club
It's crazy how the game starts with 'oh shit a mutany' - I wonder how it started and then the next thing you see is how capitans wife died. And then your head explodes.
Oh my it was so memorable. I was trying to figure out how she died. Looked around. Then Looked up to see what fell onto her. Following the ropes back down again untill .... holy sh...!!!
@@schnittmagier5515 dude, i didnt actually see the kraken there i thought the rigging was broken somehow by the storm only when returning to it i saw it and i was like holy fucking shit
Just like hers
Чел, это путешествие было обречено на провал с самого начала)
it was the captain! he killed everyone
No "loose cargo" love in the comments?
I had no idea what to expect of this game. First thoughts: ,,Hmm weird/cool artstyle, interesting vibe/asthetic. Weird mechanic. Nice music." And then it happened. This game is in my head for months now. I'm listening to the music sometimes and still think about it often. I think, this is one of the best games I have ever played. What a perfect and unique experience.
Played this game. Loved every part of it. Made and watched my best buddy play this game. Loved it. I can't wayt to be back in some years. What a masterpiece.
Gotta wait 10 years, should completely forget everything about this game by then
I first played in 2019 and again last week (2024), only fate I was remembering was lars linde, well not the whole fate, just the person
ost: good game: the best the only pity: this game is so good that i cant forget it and play it again
👍👍👍
i love you tennzzzyyy
@@kimperchan I love you tenzzzzzy
hey, from what i can tell, the start of loose cargo b is incorrect; it should be 3:51, not 3:18
Dude I love this game so much 😭😭 I think it's been enough time that I can go and replay it
Love it. Replayed it last week. I think the ID that made me feel smartest was Brennan. In my first playthrough, he was one of the last to match. But! Someone calls for him by name, and if you leave the room, there's one sailor looking that direction with his hand to his ear. All the subtle details are genius.
i would give myself brain damage just to forget this game and play it again
nah don't do it. it's fun at first but the long recovery and losing your driving license isn't worth it 😬
In retrospective, it's kinda wild how in every "chapter" you get glimpses of the power the watch possesses, being able to research the deaths of other inaccessible corpses through another corpse, and how animals and body parts are also included in this "death replay", and how it all comes back for the grand finale, it makes it feel earned, since you saw all of that, you experienced it, and thanks to that it doesn't feel like an asspull power that came out of nowhere, just a character well aware of this power and setting everything up for someone to uncover everything. Also the moment you uncover the kraken attacking the ship and see it through the captain's wife (I think she was the wife) is easily one of the greatest "oh shit" moments I experienced recently in gaming, since I knew nothing of the game, well that and the abominations riding crabs was also downright terrifying
That first moment I saw the kraken I assumed I see the memories of someone and that it's hallucinations. Well... a few minutes later I knew I was wrong.
Unholy captives B is a nice one. Reminds me of Valve orchestra's pieces for Team Fortress 2.
Escape was such a cool chapter, combined with the music made it a favorite
Such a good game. Guessed 3 of the chinese with their shoes. me and my friends got stuck and the shoes helped
WTF, the... *shoes*?
@@some-online-dude Yes. The Shoes.

I will probably come back to this music for as long as I am able.
Agreed. So underrated
for anyone curious, it's exactly 58 fates long. the first part anyway.
Parrot, the 4th Mate and Moss are my Favourites.
No one mentioned it yet, but... Have tou noticed that the main melody of Murder B is played by violin? That's because murdered Nunzio Pasqua was violinist
気づかなかった… このゲームやっぱりすごいな
Oh damn, that hurts bro. Great pick up.
Its impressive that he made all of the game and the music but I think he should have just outsourced the music, it sounds distinctly home-made.
I found you!
Throughout playing the game I came to appreciate "A bitter cold" quite a bit, as I came to spend "there" a lot of time 😅
24:05 yeaaaah
Everyone loves Soldiers of the Sea, for good reason, but my favorite is Murder, because it's one of the only tracks that features a violin solo. It's probably unintentional, but I like to imagine it's the ghost of Nunzio Pasqua urging us on, begging us to realize the injustice of his death and the stupidity of his murderer.
I imagine it is him playing in the main theme as well
Spoiler?
@@jonouchihisashi2749 lol if you're looking through the comments on a game's OST, you're asking for spoilers. Besides, Pasqua's death is hardly spoiler material.
@jonouchihisashi2749 spoiler: almost everyone dies
Spoiler At least Nichols got what was coming when the last Formosan shoots him dead after this dick had the BALLS to come back to the ship after what he pulled
Saw this on the video for Soldiers of the Sea, but I just wanted to share this absolute poetry someone wrote with y'all "Lightning heralded their arrival, these horrific riders of the deep, and as their spiny legs crawled upon the unsuspecting Obra Dinn, the funeral bell tolled ceaselessly."
My faves are The end B with those beautiful strings and Escape A with those horn sounds that have a super nostalgic quality to them, reminds me of Kate Bush's Cloudbusting in a way.
This playlist could be in reverse order, and it would still make sense thematically.
I'm here again to just say that I LOVE how Escape music truly reflects the sound of hope and victory.
nice bel ace
The game itself is brilliant (It JUST NEEDS A SKIP BUTTON for replaying scenes 😭) but the OST is absolutely out of this world. It's both brilliantly ambient and still so damn iconic and absolutely hits the nail on the head for the mood.
you can skip the scenes by pressing any button to go directly to the moment of death without having to go through the dialogue
@@marh3036 might be an update. I'm 99% sure the dislogue was unskippable.
@@AKKK1182 Could be but when I played it it was possible to skip the dialogue once you had seen it before
I am here again to say that I love how this game produced multiple ICONIC pieces of music. They're still living rent-free in my head.
