These are the traps I advice people to look out for. Research is crucial

I know people that it took almost a year, in my case, about 9 months before I got my first IT job, but chale, once you're in, you're in. The rejections are not easy, but I God will always land us in the right place if we keep persisting.

Don't give up. I applied to almost 1900. One job I did 4 interviews, had me interviewing one of their risk managers as interviewing new hires was part of the JD. Just landed my dream role with 2 interviews. Don't give up. Wake up everyday and keep applying. You'll get a lot of rejects but don't stop.

if you’re looking and you’re not getting don’t give up but but somewhere until IT comes along then you go for it

Thank you for the insights, I love how you broke it down. I have a question ,so can we say inherent risk will always be higher than residual risk? Based on the fact that despite the controls being put in place, residual can still be rated medium or high but never higher than the inherent. I hope I'm making sense. I'm asking this in connection to rating controls on an RMP, regulatory management plan. Thanks in advance
