Installation of Floating Floor

Updating our 1919 Craftsman Style home by replacing the failing tile flood with a floating laminate flooring. This is my first time installing a floating floor. It was fairly easy to do and I was happy with how the flooring looked next to the original hardwood flooring in the dining room. Ideally we would have loved to restore the original hardwood flooring in this kitchen but it was too far damaged by a previous homeowner.
Looking back at the removal of the tile flooring, we should have been wearing respirators and closed the door off for dust control in the rest of the house.
