Relaxing Guided Meditation to Connect to Earth - 10 Minutes
26, unemployed, graduated, dunna wht to do - Sri Lanka
I did not finish that book, at all. not even close.
Same, 33, still living at home, no career, no friends, no job,
I hear you, got to watch people who are doing what you want to do, or what you at least are slightly drawn to doing. do group activities that are normal to do on your own, like saunas - super social sometimes. fitness classes, pottery, book clubs, gamer groups etc etc. live long and prosper, friend.
@@victures539728, drowning in debt, living with parents, and unemployed as well. I am worried like crazy but then I realize I don’t have to be. These are meaningless feelings. I just take one day at a time. I dropped all need for consumerism except for absolute basic needs. I forget the voices that I should be married and successful already. I believe in God and He put me on this Earth. He will get me through this because He promised. You and I just got to live.
Losing ye olde marbles?
Not just yet, I can see them, scattering away from me at a rapid rate.
The more I drink the worse my anxiety is the next day. I don’t get racing thoughts or fear anything tho. I just get very nasty physical symptoms. Heart palpitations, skin crawling, dizzy etc
Yeah I suppose anxiety can be different for everyone - like where we feel it in the body, mentally physically, emotionally etc. good to be aware of it though. thing is the more we are aware of it and feel it, the more intense it can feel at the start because you're finally looking at it and its details and exploring it. but better to know it than act/speak and live etc with this bubbling under the surface. there are many ways to deal with anxiety, free help lines and websites and counselling too. do you have someone you can talk to ? :)
@@victures5397 you couldn’t have said it better. I have a couple of friends that experience it as well and we usually talk about it. I guess it helps knowing I’m not the only one going through it cuz otherwise I would feel even more nervous of what’s to come
U are a goddess and funny and kind and cool :D xx
SO ARE YOU !!!
I’m 3 mins in and find u so funny ahaa
I stopped drinking a couple months ago. I used to lie awake at night, toss and turn for hours before I could fall asleep. I would wake up in the middle of the night and toss and turn some more. Now, I get tired and I fall asleep within 10 minutes and I sleep all through the night and wake up the following morning. I can’t believe what a difference not drinking makes. And it makes me not want to drink ever again.
what a sweet heart, i hope your doing well and improved over the years.
been nice to chat on cell phone if you like too
hi how are you
really resonated with the message in this vid, thanks for sharing!
This is my first hangover that has been accompanied with the anxiety, and you explained it perfectly. These are all great ideas for coping! I’m just so scared because I’ve struggled a lot with my mental health and I’m scared the feeling won’t go away, and then I fall into a deep depression and anxiety. I’ve been there before & I don’t want to go back.
I've quit drinking for a good while now I'm fifty years old one of the best things I've done alcohol is poisonous your body doesn't like and it's letting you know trust your body
That’s amazing what an achievement and hurdle to get over you must feel so proud. 💖 sending goodness to you :)
Thank you very much ❤️
ruclips.net/video/uyS_CL5RB3Q/видео.html 😁🍻 skål da keep it to 3 drink maximum and live by the three secrets 1. Breathing 2. Mission 3. Faith Oo ya and Remember to hydrate 😉
Very nice work; love the scope of the piece, and you have a super unique style. Almost like a combination of Abstract/Modern. Great energy, lines, and movement. Cool stuff. 👌😊 -Best of luck on your art and your channel, and much support from one artist to another. -Huge 👍's up!
Thank you so much!! How lovely of you to share that thank you :) i agree we support one another hell yeah💚!
My boundary is so low these days, even a couple social drinks brings it on :(
Try some alcohol free options for a while ? Hope you’re okay :) xxx
@@victures5397 I've given up completely in the past for 6 moths or so, and anxiety was still about. Alcohol does make the symptoms worse. Like the tipsy feeling, just not the after effects. xx
@@todayintheshopbanksy5904 wow that’s amazing! Well done! Yeah alcohol brings it all back and makes you realise why you stopped hey. It can be difficult sometimes! Anxiety is horrible and best to get help any way you can. I feel you! xxx big love xxxx
Took me years to realise about anxiety and drinking. Don't over think it just do it and live in the moment
Stopped three months ago with drinking. Been driking since i was 16, and now im 36. I still feel extreme anxiety, not getting better. Is this just normal still?
Aw wow, well my personal idea is that now youve stopped it, everything is coming to the service, youre not numbing with alchol anymore so it may even be more intense! Id say to keep in mind how amazing you’re doing and focus on what IS getting better, find things that help with anxiety in a healthy way? Things like yoga, exercise and help from someone you trust. Xxxxx
@@victures5397 Maybe i should get silk sheets?😁😂👍
I get what you're saying. Sometime it's nice to just vent, even though it is to some random people on the internet! I think you're doing great :)
Thank you Angela! ✨🦋
It’s okay. Some days just aren’t good days.
thank you youre right!!
When is part 2?
Its up :)
in the description bit x
You’re awesome
Same 32 years old, never has a problem before my 30's.If I get Drunk Friday I can still be getting panic attacks by next Thursday, which means I have to quit and find other things to do.
I'm the same way! I had a magnum of white wine and I was still suffering horribly Monday all day at work. I'm better today, Tuesday, but it does take a week to feel 100%. We're not alone!
Loveee
It’s genetics
No. It’s not.
No it's not genetics at all.
You’re so cuteee
🥰
Have you tried dry skin brushing and coconut oil massage? I love camomile rinses too💖💞 Raw vegan is my life. 💝 Your food looks beautiful too. Yes we need to deal with the ebbs and flows of energy. Salt baths also help my flare ups. Star anise seeds help greatly with my breathing, and singing and dancing too. I love rose tea too. "You facing the fear changes the fear." I love that too. Thank you! Yes also getting back to our senses. Stretching too 🤸🏻♀️💃💆🏻♀️Smile. Connect with people. "Water food sun." ☀️ Thank you for the lovely sharing! Much love to you! New sub here. 🙏🏻💖💖💖💞💞💞💌💌💌💌💌💌
Alcohol has rebounds and it gets worse
I have crush on you 😁, I am in my twenties
I ❤️ your videos !
I loved this!! Very gentle and calming! Great meditation 💕
Thank you Kate! So glad you liked it 😀☀️🤗
🤣 this video has sold it to me as it’s so honest 👏🏼
I've just been for my consultation today. They told me the final retainer tray needs to be kept in for 22hours a day for 6 months and then overnight for another 6 months 😬 xx
Yep, sounds about right! Keep at it dude it's worth it!!
I find your videos really relatable, thank you so much
That's so great to hear! Thank you so much for sharing too 🤗😁🙏
Hey, did you always wait exact 14 days go change them? I feel like mine were loose after a week
I think it's best to stick to the regime, means the teeth are becoming solid in their place which is great! See what they say tho :) x
Great video! I also made a video on my channel where I talk about my experience with smile direct club!
Did you have any problem with your bite? Some people have said that it’s made them have an over/under bite because the way the retainer pushes their teeth also how long do you have to keep each tray in for?
pickle pie Thats so true actually, i noticed if i fully closed my mouth it would push my jaw forwards. So i kinda kept my bite aligned by not fully shutting my mouth, and i had each tray in for 2 weeks, i think this varies with how much movement is needed for your teeth. Thanks dude!!xxx
Oh wow! I’ve just ordered mine and your video was really helpful. You have a really lovely, calm manner and I feel a lot more reassured. Thanks!
Thank you that's lovely! I hope it works out well for you :D xxxx
Simple, don't drink alcohol, because it's poison. Problem solved.
it doesnt work like that because you dint understand it
how painful is it on a scale of 1 to 10?
I say for me a good 7/8 out of 10, sometimes less with other trays, thing is its kinda a dull pain after a while and something i can handle, everyones different tho, gooood luck! X
Amazing results! You have a gorgeous smile! I just ordered mine two days ago. I can't wait to use them.
Aw thank you!! 🤗Hope your journey goes well 😁👍 x
Thank you! Hope so too! 😊X
Out of all the reviews yours stands out the best. A very genuine and spontaneous narration of your journey with YSD. You have encouraged me to sign up with YSD and I am on tray 3 and I already see some change. Thanks for this beautiful video and congratulations for the wonderful transformation ❤
Aw thank you so much. Its an exciting journey 😁 all the best!! X
Omg! what a transformation!! but you look beautiful regardless!.
Wow your new smile looks really good ‘ impressive
You should do audio books 📖
Thanks for this, I'm considering doing Smile Direct. 😍 I found this really informative and helpful 👍👌😆🤗
Has anyone had a problem with gums bleeding? I changed to second alligners last night and I’m freaking out, don’t know whether to change back to first pair or just carry on. Can’t call ysd as it’s closed today
I'm pretty sure someone's video I saw said about their gums bleeding, it may just happen at the start due to movement but I don't know, no harm in going back to previous tray for a day or two till you find out. Maybe check out RUclips vids where they experienced gum bleeding X
@@victures5397 Thanks I rang them on Monday and they said as long as I usually have a healthy mouth I should be okay, Think I was just brushing too hard and biting down on my retainer too hard as its stopped now. Thanks for the help :)
@@umbrellabella9793 aw good ! Yeah interesting, it can be a habit to bite down, especially when it hurts? Aha. Glad it's better! Excited for you:D
Amazing results, you have a lovely smile. Just convinced me to order so will do that now
