My name is Rachel, and I am the owner and thrifty embroideress behind Moonlight Stitches. A small business which came from my wildest dreams and imagination and now along with the help of my daughter, Heather has become my creative reality.

We are small UK based slow stitch & embroidery business, where I teach you how to create exquisite, bespoke textile works of art and projects using preloved fabric finds, delicate embellishments and hand embroidery techniques, one meditative stitch at a time, through online and in person workshops, held in the fabulous surroundings of our 300 year old grade 2 listed village church.

I'm a Mum of two 30 somethings with a background in teaching and a master's in culinary arts. I live in a small village on the edge of Nottinghamshire, where I spend my days in my eclectic craft studio or when the British weather allows, what I like to call my garden office.
