Thanks for your videos that are really good and useful; your information is useful to me. Do you do real estate agency in Regina ?
Hey yes you bet we have partners in regina. How can I help?
Not "there is very few places" but there ARE very few places"!!! Plural nouns take plural verb!
Interesting perspective
Chris, you might consider interviews with people of various age groups and interests discussing living in these cities, snd especially people who have moved there from other parts of Canada. Including people moving there from BC and Alberta!
@@dovygoodguy1296 hey great idea!
The video might have discussed more as it relates to living in Prince Albert as a retirement age person, relating to healthcare needs, ease of mobility, and transportation.
Yes can do that
@saskatchewanrealtor i can't see myself leaving Calgary, but if i were 20-30 years younger I'd definitely consider at least Saskatoon. Unfortunately so many people commenting on RUclips claim Saskatoon is boring as hell, so i can imagine what they'd say about Prince Albert. If only Diefenbaker were still around!
Can unskilled workers get a job in Saskatchewan?
It is possible depending on the job and the season.
is there enough job opportunities for software engineers in Saskatchewan?
To my knowledge yes
Hi Chris is Saskatchewan a good province at the moment to work and live ?
It depends what you are looking for, it's a great place to raise a family, good economy, and good people.
Pritty much like Ukraine or rather Russia. But without such fun thing as a big war for every generation.
I don’t understand the reference of this comment or how it makes sense to this video
@@saskatchewanrealtor Sorry for writing strange comments. Have a good day.

is enough job opportunities in Saskatchewan for software engineers ?
I believe so yep
Hey, i am a PR and live in toronto right now but I plan to move to saskatchewan. In future, i wamt my siblings to move there as well who are outside of canada right now. I understand i have to live there for 12 months for my siblings to be able to claim points on my behalf for SINP, my question is, if my employer is not based in saskatchewan (i work remote), would they still get the points on their SINP profile? Or would me living in saskatchewan be enough?
I'd recommend reaching out to the SINP directly about that.
1228 McTavish Street Teanda Manchur was stabbed to death by common law husband and father of Her two children, wayne daley in their home. 1300 Garnet Street Regina police have charged a 24-year-old man in connection with the city’s third homicide of the year, as well as a string of other offences. Jamie Rae Munroe, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Isaiah Terrel Akachuk and with numerous attempt murder charges, spanning incidents from May 17 to 21. Isaiah Terrel Akachuk FACEBOOK Just after midnight on May 18, police officers responded to the area of 7th Avenue and Garnet Street after a caller indicated a man was lying on the sidewalk. Officers started emergency first aid on the victim until EMS arrived on scene. Akachuk was transported to hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later. Munroe is also charged with seven counts of attempt murder using a firearm, four counts of wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime, three counts of armed robbery using a firearm, attempted murder, pointing a firearm, shoplifting theft under $5000, two counts of driving while prohibited, operating a conveyance dangerous to the public, failing to stop after an accident, and flight from a peace officer. He appeared in court Thursday morning and is due to return on July 11. Before these new charges, Munroe was already in custody following his arrest in connection with a tense manhunt and spate of violent incidents, vehicle thefts, and chases in the Regina area and other points in southern Saskatchewan, culminating in arrests May 24. The other newest charges stem from the following incidents: On May 17, just after 3 a.m., police were sent to the 1200 block of Rae Street for a weapons call and found a victim who had sustained injuries consistent with a bladed weapon. EMS attended and the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Then at 12:11 a.m. on May 18 - minutes after the call to Akachuk - police responded to the area of Dewdney Avenue and Garnet Street for what was initially reported as an incident of aggressive driving and a possible discharge of a firearm. Police and EMS attended to the area and located a 29 year-old woman who had suffered an apparent gunshot wound. EMS transported the victim to hospital for treatment of injuries described as serious. Police learned this altercation may have started in the 1400 block of Edward Street. Following these incidents, at 12:33 a.m. the same night, officers were sent to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. Three young people, ages 15, 16 and 17, had just come out of the business when a vehicle pulled up and one of the occupants of the vehicle pointed what appeared to be a firearm at one of the victims. The suspects demanded personal property from the victims and then fled in the vehicle. About two hours later, around 4:45 a.m., police located a truck, which was confirmed to be stolen, in the area of 23rd Avenue and Hillsdale Street. The truck was travelling southbound on Hillsdale Street when its speed increased and ran a red light at an intersection. Police activated emergency equipment but the truck did not pull to the side of the road, and the truck continued to travel at a high rate of speed. Police discontinued the pursuit for safety concerns and later found the vehicle, abandoned. On May 21, 2019, at around 10:40 p.m., police were sent to the area of 14th Avenue and Reynolds Street for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. A victim was walking in the area when a vehicle pulled up beside him. An occupant of the truck pointed what appeared to be a firearm, and demanded personal property. About 10 minutes later, police went to a Regina hospital for a report of a 29 year-old man, who had been shot. Through investigation into this shooting incident, police determined the shooting had just taken place in the 1900 block of Montreal Street. The RPS Communications Centre then received a call from an individual, reporting a firearm had been discharged from a grey truck at 7th Avenue and Retallack Street, at approximately 10:53 p.m. that same day. There is no known injury associated to this event. A short time later, at 11:06 p.m., police were again dispatched to the area of 2nd Avenue and Garnet Street for a report of a 38-year-old man who had also sustained injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Injuries to this victim were deemed to be non-life-threatening. Two minutes later, officers went to the area of 3rd Avenue and Athol Street for a report of 41-year-old man who had sustained apparent gunshot injuries. A suspect pointed a firearm at the victim and discharged it, striking him. Injuries to this victim were deemed to be serious, but non-life-threatening. On May 28 police received a report of shoplifting that occurred on May 17 at a business on the 4500 block of Gordon Road. A male and a female entered the business, collected several items, and exited the business without paying for the items. News of Munroe’s arrest comes a day after police announced charges against Donnelly Edward Nanaquatung (also known as Donelly or Donely Nanaquewetung), also arrested in connection with the string of firearms incidents on May 21 in Regina. At the time of those incidents, Regina Police Service (RPS) Deputy Chief Dean Rae told reporters RPS believed the shootings were connected because of their similarities, however, police said there was no indication of a connection between the victims. “These individuals, they just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and were walking down the street when this occurred.” Both Munroe and Nanaquatung have also been charged in connection a crime spree on Muskowekwan First Nation on May 22, one day after the five gun calls in Regina. A manhunt followed a complaint to the Punnichy RCMP detachment at 3:45 p.m. May 22, reporting a shooting near a residence on the Muskowekwan. The suspects were said to be driving a stolen Ford Explorer, which allegedly struck a male that was on foot. The male was then shot with a firearm. The incident, which began with an altercation at the Piapot First nation gas station included an argument between the suspects and two males that escalated into a physical confrontation involving a machete. One man was struck with the machete and taken to hospital and the second male fled with his family to the Muscowpetung First Nation. Police said the suspects chased the family’s vehicle to the medical clinic on Muscowpetung and tried to ram it off the road several times. Munroe is charged with 13 offences from those incidents, while Nanaquatung has five charges. 1450 Wascana Street Death Investigation Becomes Homicide Investigation - Identity of Deceased Person Confirmed: The Regina Police Service is now able to confirm that the death of a person, whose body was found in a burned house on Sunday, March 23rd, in the 1400 block of Wascana Street, is now a homicide investigation. This is the second homicide in Regina in 2014. This confirmation is the result of an autopsy, ordered by the Coroner, completed yesterday in Saskatoon. Police have been holding the scene since Sunday and have now obtained the necessary authority to search the house.
