Ok sorry about that, that was for the yahoo mail app but here is the directions on how to change the theme on the website... On the far left side, look down and you should see three dots, click on that. Select settings, its going to open up a new tab, then on the far left you should see something that says appearance, click on that. Then you should be able to change it from Light Mode, Dark Mode or Auto. Let me know if that helps.
