When my baby(now in her 40s) was learning to walk she would pull herself up on the (gas) stove and feel around. One day she did that not too long after her mother had been heating something up on that burner. It was quite warm but not enough to actually cause a burn. When she touched the still warm burner she yelped and started crying. Her mom comforted her but she never did that again.

Some fathers have their children "wander" about.... because they can't spell "wonder." My father providerd direction! "Now what your gunna do is ________." Thats what you call an opportunity to fill in the blank. 😢 My father filled in a lot of blanks for me. My sisters by comparison were neglected. My mother felt differently about how her girls should be handled. 😮

Yeah that's how me and my brother learned except the hard way, we double dared each other to stick our tongue in the empty light bulb socket, hurt like hell but we both did it, you know how it is with brothers, I miss my younger brother and will never forget him.
