Ingredients to go:
250 gm Bhindi
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp besan
Coat them together all over the Ladyfingers and shallow
fry!
In a pan:
Heat mustard oil
Cumin
Asafoetida
Garlic and green chilli
Onion
Tomato paste
Salt
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Beaten curd
Shallow fried bhindi
Garam Malasa 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander
