How many meters will it be detectable?
Can an iphone paired with multiple tags?
Bought this smarttag with the expectation that it would show live location in "Find My", but for some reason, its not showing live updates in the "Find My" app.
Does this work with european sim cards?
can multiple iphones connect to single ugreen airtag?
pwede kaya lagyan messenger or mg sideload mga app ?
@@Kyozxc I couldn’t find anything online about that. Technically, it might be possible, but I’m not sure if the effort and the risk of damaging the device are worth it.
How to share with others plz?
@@user-vp3px4je3v Hello. Go to your Find My app, then navigate to the Items tab. Tap on the tracker you want to share. Below the Play Sound and Directions options, there is a Share This Item box. Tap Add Person, and the process is straightforward from there.
@@callmepsy2077 thank you, but no share option is shown ,
@@user-vp3px4je3v Does it not show you the add person under share this item? I am not really sure why that is not showing on your end.
Galaxy SCR01 vs Samsung A15 as hotspot? which weighs more? Interms of battery and Signal strength?
Hello Trevor, I don’t have that phone, so I won’t be able to tell you which one is better. What I can say is that I would probably go with a dedicated WiFi device, as it reduces the stress on your phone’s battery. 5G devices can get hot. Also, pocket routers have dedicated hardware or are optimized to do just that. Another thing to consider is if you’re going to need the capabilities of a smartphone and cost is not an issue, you ultimately get more value from that purchase unless you’re going to use the pocket router every day.
@@callmepsy2077 hey! Good video! Do u know if it has an inbox?
How long does the battery last?
Was planning to buy a cheap alternative for Airtag. If this can only reach about only a 50m or bluetooth range, isn't it better to just buy the cheap ones in shopee?
@@mobilelegendsmemes This applies to every other product as well. For example, you buy a cheap shoe from an unknown brand. You thought you got a great deal. However, a few months later, it is damaged beyond repair. Now you have to buy a new one. Which was the cost-effective decision? I suggest that you determine what you want to use it for. If you just want to track items that are mostly stationary, then you can probably get away with the cheaper options. However, if you want to track your wallet or anything of similar importance, I would go with Apple’s AirTag.
@@callmepsy2077 I already have an Airtag that I will use on a vehicle. I'm trying to find an alternative for my wallet and keys at home. I'm thinking if I should go for the cheap ones that I can be easily replaced if it stops working or at least buy a mid range like this one. I mean this product probably can do it if its features is close to an Airtag but seems like its also on bluetooth range.
@@mobilelegendsmemes The real answer is that AirTags are better than this mainly because of the precision tracking feature. I highly suggest getting AirTags for your most valued items.
HI, How to reset the devices as unable to search even side by side with phone ? thanks
@@ethanchan5117 If the device does not show up for pairing or you have issues connecting, the first step you can try is removing the battery for a few seconds and then putting it back in. What really fixed my issues was changing the batteries.
Do you have video how to openline?
When I remove the smart tag in “Find My”, I’m unable to seach it anymore. Any idea how to fix this?
@@alainaguas2305 Hello. When you remove the tracker, it is no longer associated with your Apple ID. You need to go through a process similar to the initial setup. Remove the battery for a few seconds and put it back. That should allow you to re-pair the tracker.
@@callmepsy2077 when I removed the battery and put it back, nothing happens. There’s no beep also when I put the battery. I also tried different battery but still the same.

Hi! 1. can the device connection be extended via usb-c to wan port of another router/repeater? 2. can you tether it to a laptop using either usb-c to rj45 cable OR usb-c to usb-c cable? Thanks
@@joantheresecruz9474 Hello Joan. I have not tried connecting it to a router. I did the usb c to c tether on a MacBook but it doesn’t work. There could be a hidden setting to enable that but I could not find anything online.
Hello, how many Iphone devices can i pair/bind with 1 ugreen smart finder? Thanks
Hello Sheila. You can pair the smart tag with only one primary device. However, you can share the tracker with up to five other Apple users, so a total of six Apple IDs can track it.
U didn't show us how to share ?@@callmepsy2077
Excuse my question but do you have to set APN on The Device?🤔
Hello. Yes, you need to set the APN on the pocket router.
How bad is the heat when 5g is used? Do you have any recommendations for a dedicated pocket router to avoid overheating?
Hello Isabel. The device does become noticeably warm, but it does not impact performance. My iPhone gets significantly warmer when using 5G. I suspect other 5G pocket routers would experience similar heating due to their compact size. These small devices simply lack the thermal capacity to effectively dissipate heat.
Can this be used to track pets? And also does it track in very far or dark distances?
Hello, you can buy holders designed to house trackers for pets. These trackers use Bluetooth technology, so they have an effective range of around 10 meters. I suggest purchasing an Apple AirTag for important items you want to track. Additionally, make sure that your pets are comfortable with the sound of the trackers, as the pinging sound might not be pleasant for them.
Близлежащие телефоны он не задействует. Только на расстояние сигнала блютуз. Бесполезная вещь
Hello, When I leave my car in a car park, it does give me updates on its location. However, what I have noticed is that the time is inconsistent. Sometimes it says, "Your device was last seen 3 minutes ago," other times it says 10 minutes, or even an hour. I think what is happening is whenever the tracker is within the range of another Apple device, it pings the tracker and updates its location.
Специально уезжал из дома. Рядом телефон жены. Он доверенный к метке. Включен интернет и блютус. Я не увидел в локаторе местоположение метки. Только старое, несколько часов назад
Yes. I agree. This tracker is not consistent. I suggest you get the apple AirTag if you want a precise way of tracking things.
I dont see the purpose with this since bluetooth exceed after 10 meter so what good is it for? Please explain
I think what you mean is, how could you track the item if it is not within your phone's Bluetooth range? Apple's way of doing this is that whenever there is an Apple device(yours or others) within the range of the tracker, it updates the location on the Find My app. So, as long as there are Apple devices nearby, you will be able to track it even if it is not within your own Bluetooth range.
@@callmepsy2077 yeah i put this device on my son at the airport for an unaccompanied minor flight and the moment he walked off further than 10m from me to the departure gates, and it went out of range of MY own personal Iphone, the airtag stopped reporting data. He has since arrived in the airport at the neighbouring country and still the airtag has not updated for hours. I had an Apple Airtag that I put on my cat when she went onroad trip without me and it accurately reported data every few minutes as she was moving across state borders. ugreen tag is a waste of money as it only works when it is within range of the owner's personal iphone - it does not ping and communicate with any other iphones so the momeny you're out of range it simply becomes a brick. not worth the money, better buy an airtag.
@@callmepsy2077is it apply to this ugreen tracker as well?

Mine stopped working after I replaced the battery. I have 4 and 2 stopped working.
When you place a battery does it give you a sound feedback? If it is working it will play a chirping like sound after you have placed a battery.
@@callmepsy2077 I have the same problem. Unfortunately, there are no any feedback sound once you replaced the battery. I had mine for only less than a month. Watched several videos on how to reset, none of them worked.
Were you able to connect it to a Macbook?
No, I have not found a way to pass the internet through USB-C to USB-C/USB-A. Connecting using WiFi works perfectly.
Sana all♥️
Thank you!
Is it possible in Indonesia or is it only supported by foreign countries? I have a Pocket Galaxy 5G WiFi, I use it in Japan.
I am not certain, but there is a high possibility that this will work in Indonesia since it uses common cellular bands. You just have to manually input your carrier's APN settings.
Can this be used to track kids?
Hello Ryan. I discourage people from using this to track a person. Apple has implemented a system to alert others if they are being followed by a foreign tracker. The tracker will continuously beep and display an alert on their phones. An alternative is to add your kids to the family iCloud account.
Is this device support esim?
No. It does not support esim.

Hello Bryan. This does not work with android based on the information I got at least. This will work with your apple devices.
no jest for ios
nice, btw, is that a 20 peso Philippine coin?
Yes. It is almost the same size.
thank you.. ive been waiting for a review of this item
You're welcome! Glad it helped!
Important thing I missed to mention is the price. Ugreen Smart tracker cost 15$ or around 900php, half the cost of an Apple AirTag. Quick link Lazada - s.lazada.com.ph/s.kNnqO?cc
Are you able to compare this with an apple airtag? Im hoping to put this in my backpack.
Unfortunately, I don't have an AirTag to compare at the moment, but based on the videos I've seen, AirTag seems more precise in tracking. From my experience, the Ugreen does not update as frequently as I had hoped.
Mine does not update at all on the Find My app. Not sure if my tracker is broken. I think minimum requirement shall at least display current location instead of location that my iPhone was just seen near it…..
That is the down side of bluetooth trackers. What you are looking for is a tracker with GPS. That will show you the current location of the device regardless if you are in a bluetooth range or not. @@LawrenceLew-rx7bh
Hello, card 4g cat ? 5g cat on card
I'm uncertain what you mean, but if you're talking about the SIM card, I've used a 5G-capable SIM in this video.
DOES THIS SUPPORT DUAL BAND 2.4GHZ AND 5GHZ TOGETHER?
It does not support using both bands at the same time.
Does it work with 4G networks anywhere in the world?
Not certain but most likely since cell providers use the same 4G band.
Does it get hot when u used it on 5g network?
Yes, it’s the same as any smartphone with 5G. That’s also why people use a dedicated pocket router to avoid damaging their phone’s battery from constant high temperatures.
Any recommendations for a dedicated pocket router? @callmepsy2077
Hi Sir, how to use SCR01 in DITO sim? Thanks:)
