Медитацией и не пахнет в этом исполнении
I don't know how recent this is, but we all must face death someday. And this brings up some important questions. Is there life after death? Is there a God? If so, which One? And can I know Him? My advice is that one is for the head, the rational, to make sense of it logically. The second is for the heart. Logically, three points. 1st. Cosmologically, everything that has a beginning has a cause. The universe has a beginning. Therefore, the universe has a cause. (ie. God). 2nd. Teleogically, the fine tuning of the Universe for life to exist on this planet. There are many parameters that have to be just right, ie. the earth's distance from the sun (so we don't burn up, or freeze), the tilt if the axis, the rotation of the earth on the axis, the orbit around the sun, the moon's gravity, the size of Jupiter to have enough gravity to attract large meteors from hitting our planet, etc. It is like we are balanced on a razors edge. Also, everything looks designed. So, who designed it? Sounds like God. 3rd. The Moral argument. If there is one absolute right or wrong, there must be a Lawgiver that put it in place. These are good evidences that there is a God. And there are many more, but then we need to ask, which One. I would suggest that Jesus is different from all other gods, in that He has taken care of our sin problem. He revealed God to us by living a sinless life, and teaching us the right way to live, and that He is Truth, and that we should follow Him. Then this is backed up by Jesus death on the cross for our sins, His burial, and His resurrection on the third day. We are all sinners and our sin deserves punishment, but God loves us all so much, that He sent Jesus, His Son, to pay our debt. This means I can give Him my sin, and receive His righteousness in exchange. I can be seen as Perfect through Jesus. We are saved, not by doing good works, no good work will ever be good enough to wipe out our bad deeds. But we are saved by grace through faith. We must be born again. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16, NKJV. So, this means we can repent, turn to God, and put our trust in Jesus, like a person getting ready to jump out of an airplane and his plan is to flap his arms. Don't do that, instead, put on the parachute. Put on Jesus, then we can be ready to jump from this world to the next. God bless as you consider putting your faith in Him.
Super awesome
I have known Tim since we were kids. He has always been absolutely amazing!
Is there sheet music for this?
Beautiful human being!
Amazing playing
Sounds great. Randy is simply one of the best trombonists in the world.
Фантастика 😮
Amazing
Ah yes, the hideous meditation...kidding, I kind of liked it...a little weird, but interesting. It sure shows off the instruments range. This fellow can really play it, beautiful tones, even in the extremes, frequency wise. Sounds as if it would be difficult, the piece I mean.
Love it! ❤️
Such a beautiful performance, well done! Truly a song that moves the hearts of every trombone player - may our prayers be with you all🙏🎵
Man, how freaking cool is it to see the actual composer (assuming it is the actual composer and not a weird spoof account) comment on the performance!
A true example of a "man". Passionate, hard-worker, who's not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve.
Nice. I studied with Gord Sweeney here in Toronto.
Amazing
Beautiful and heart breaking to those who listen to the podcast.
Alain is one of my very favorite soloists. His alto playing is beyond reproach. Thank you for this awesome interview.
The best trombonist in the world!
Muy bueno!!
Just 238 clicks... why?? great playing guys! greetings from Germany
I'm going to ask my music teacher if we could play this one day for a concert and btw all trombone players should know by now that trombones were used in church music back in the day they said different types of trombones meant something like death or life Edit different types being like tenor and bass and also my teacher said we couldn't do it but its a good one
What is this algorithm xD
Blow, place the slide, and hope for the best. At least for most people. :-)
Effortless!
Excellent Tim. Love your tone and musicianship. Would love to listen it with orchestra. The piano part is a reduction and consequently does not make justice to the piece. Thanks any way for playing so well.
Beautiful Bass trombone and clear notes throughout!
Awesome...beautiful tone!
Terrific! I truly enjoyed this repertoire.
Hey, if you're going to interview Mr. Markey on your podcast, could you ask him about what he would listen to when he was 17 or 18 years old? Thank you!
Amazing!
amazing video
is there sheet music available for this song?
Try to contact the author on facebook or through her website

First class playing from both players! Very enjoyable. Congrates to you both!!! Well done.
Beautiful and entertaining trombone duet!! Five Stars! *****
