Awesome build mate... im thinking of doing a conversion similar would love to chat to pick your brain
Someday I'll get one for my 63 Fairlane wagon 😎🇺🇸
Thats way cool ! Perfect wheel and tire combo
Nice!!
Got one of these with a 351w. Horsepower??? Working towards 375. These are fairly lite cars. Gotta love the "sleepers!!"
Granny please pick us up a new Nitrous Bottle when you go out for Bingo tomorrow!
That Fairlane is Boss. That's was a Hole Shot W if I'm not mistaken?!?!
Sleeper put black wheels up front dog dish hub caps all round
Dude I love that four-door sleeper get up.....
Bad to the bone brother!
Spectacular
I dont usually like swapping new engines into old cars but this is an excellent sleeper. Very cool
huh, seems to me it's still there. maybe try checking your recycle bin.
Lost me at four doors.
Badass!!🤙
Too bad it's a four door. but that makes it even more of a sleeper.
For a 4 door it looks good though . Proportionate.
@@jeffreyyeater1780 I don't like four door cars, that's why I prefer to own a pickup truck or a Bronco. I don't use the rear doors, and it's so much nicer getting in and out of a two door vehicle. and of course they look better. and usually the two door versions are usually more valuable. and if a person is going to spend a lot of money to build a vehicle? they might as well spend a little more on a two door version. and have a car that's worth much more when they are finished. but I know that two door versions are getting so much harder to find.
Glad he walked him after double bulbing the falcon
Great car Ford power forever baby
That engine growls like a mad dog.
Wow! Put 4 hubcaps on it, what a sleeper! Hats off, class job!
Very stout. Just needs the aqua steel wheels (or paint those aluminum ones) and dog dish caps.
I want one now dammit
It's for sale...
10.93-sec is very impressive. The definition of a sleeper.
That thing sounds nasty🤙
Beautiful post Fairlane. Too bad you didn't put a 427 in it.....sorry....
super nice what computer you using for it
Ford control pack
Why does a 13 sec 1/4 mile seem slow?? I would think it would be faster, did you spin a bunch or did you start in 2nd gear?? Any trans tune?
Look at the DA lol it's 6000 that's equivalent to like 7-8 tenths of a second
Nice and clean
Wow that’s awesome who would ever know
Very nice job. Looks stock until you pop the hood otherwise only the shifter and exhaust note give it away.
Thanks!
Beautiful swap
Thanks
Now that's a great daily driver SLEEPER....
Dang!!!!
why a 4 door? otherwise beautiful. The steering wheel is ridiculously cartoonishly big
Absolutely beautiful ride
Thanks
Really nice car man! I have a 1965 fairlane and plan to do a 7.3 swap.
That would be cool! The next classic I build will have a 7.3 with a 10 speed auto. Just waiting on the complete package from Ford Racing including the engine, trans and control pack. Good luck with your build!
Awesome swap! Where you able to hook up the power steering and A/C?
Awesome Car men love all ford beautiful and power plant. Great 👍
Hilarious it disappeared in it's own smoke halfway down track. You could see the other car whole way. Roll coal!
Click like before video started hell it’s a four door awsome
The only thing I would change on the car is wheels and tires .
If you check out my other video I did eventually change the wheels...
About to get into the collection of parts for the coyote swap on my 63 falcon have a couple questions do you have FB or Instagram I can contact you?
Email me @ blacksmokerus@gmail.com
can you post some more videos of your Ford Fairlane I Just got one was thinking about doing a coyote swap as well
Bet that torque feels gnarly
Yeah the torque is crazy when it comes into boost
@@blacksmokerus how has the maintenance been and how many miles?
@@jimpeanut6697 about 25k and the maintenance is like when the car was stock
@@blacksmokerus sheesh I’m looking at one has 133k should i get it im 19 dont want the maintenance cost to kill me
@@jimpeanut6697 I do all my own maintenance so it doesn't cost much besides the parts. I can't suggest if you should buy anything but if I were you I'd make sure the maintenance is at least up to date on that car before I bought it.
Great looking ride. I’m here because I about to buy the same year/model. Just without the rabid dog under the hood.
I love the hula girl!!!!
Started in first gear? Is a start with the second gear faster?
Im not sure if starting in second gear is better but it was a one time thing just wanted to see what it'd run.
blacksmoke.r.us run a better time when start at second gear Right?
What website did you order ur disc brakes from
Also what intercooler are you running?
20k engine....blankets for upholstery?
Its nostalgic... The seats are perfect underneath. Thanks for the compliment!
What gear are your differentials
3.55
Are there any special mounting brackets/engine mounts you need to put in for a 5.0?
