The first time I heard this song was when I was a TA for an early years classroom and the teacher played this so gently for the children during their rest time

This video is a Deep Healing Meditation This is what I remember: Allow every cell in your body to remember its natural power to be calm, just as when you sleep. Trust in your body’s innate wisdom to receive recharging and healing energy, bringing balance and homeostasis. Let go of any nerve pain signals, and invite the healing energy to flow through you, restoring and revitalizing. As you relax, let any tension melt away. Feel every cell in your body become calm and filled with love. To sleep deeply, take 5 slow, deep breaths, blowing out like blowing out a candles. Then slowly count to 20. Healing energy flows through you, restoring your body as you rest. You will wake up charged, refreshed, and renewed. For pain relief: Focus on the area of discomfort, close your eyes, and silently repeat “55515” as you take a deep breath in. As you exhale, blow out as if extinguishing a candle. Feel deep peace spreading throughout your body, calming every cell.
