@@Akuyuye Specifically Nanamo post-2.0 pre-3.0. Yes… Nanamo had two different ARR English VAs lol. There’s a few others too you might be able to find! This lines up as ARR released a year after BD did in Japan, and the same year it released overseas.

Hello, from doing a bit of research as i myself havent fighted him, i found a couple of comments on Gamefaqs that do infact allow to fight him, the comment says to: Check with the samurai Tayama captured to get your key cards back to fight him. Though you could try checking with him before going to Mikado, if the game allows it. hopefully this helps you.

You can find him again in the Reverse Hills after you got your alignment lock and travelled to both Blasted and Infernal Tokyo. First you need to go to Roppongi, to the tower where you first met Tayama, and talk to the samurai they kept prisoner. He will give you the key items to unlock the fusions for Yaso Magatsuhi and other demons, like Koga Saburo. After that you just need to go to the last floor of the Reverse Hills and Yaso will be in a room, but be aware that it will be locked with a code. I think an NPC on that same floor tells you the code, otherwise you can search for it on the internet.

If god was proven to exist I would do the cursed fanart anyways to antagonize him. I'm no SMT protagonist to punch him in the face but hey, we do what we can.
