Join me as I travel from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Washington National Airport (DCA) in January of 2017 on Southwest Airlines. Spend some time exploring IND, and also experience surprise footage once we reach DCA. This is one of my favorite trip reports to date, despite the terrible weather.

Join me as I travel home to Northern Virginia from Pensacola, Florida; with a brief layover in Atlanta. I depart PNS on a 757-232 to ATL, then switch over to an MD-90 to DCA. I flew to Madrid from jfk on delta to see a soccer game.
I don’t watch a lot of soccer but definitely planning to do this. Were the tickets expensive or depends on the game?
I loved your video so much! Makes me truly miss pre-COVID travel. Cannot wait to travel hopefully in the near future! You got a stunning sunset zooming out of JFK!!! loved how you talked about the southern track your flight took, flights i have flown to Italy from Boston take the same track!! delta's business class overall looks super plentiful in amenities and food! too bad about the foot row and seat pitch however. that frittata and breakfast looked superb tho towards the end of the flight! Do all delta flights to Madrid deplane by stairs?
Not entirely sure. I boarded my flight back to JFK via jetbridge, I think it's on a case-by-case basis.

Why a Boeing 757 for a small flight? Usually a CRJ or an ERJ-145 would be sufficient? unless it was a full flight!
Believe it or not that flight was 100% booked! Earlier when I flew down to PNS, I also had a 752 and that flight was oversold. PNS is a relatively high traffic destination, with the military installations and tourism. Also, I think Delta tends to offer more attractive fares out of PNS than its competitors (MOB, VPS, etc.), which makes it a popular travel option on the gulf coast.
Well the 757s are seasonal normally the flights to Atlanta are used by the 737 and the md-80
As @plush universe said they run 757's out of PNS and they are always full during season. I live in PNS and during high season sometimes 8-9 flights a day heading to ATL.
Because of demand, AUS-IAH is only 35 minutes and they use the a320 and 737
