I think they did something to go a while ago to hp on every character and I recently just got back into the game. I had no idea why none of them were maxed hp lol
@@FlammableWater They increased the max hp of every character to compensate for balancing out HP rings. Every character got an increase based on their weapon type. Most classes got an increase of 30, but some like Bard got more (80 HP increase in Bard's case)
