He's so cute, Mimi. ♥ I eat mostly beef, bacon, chicken, eggs and cheese. A few years ago I began eliminating sugar and most carbs including fruit because most fruit is loaded with sugar. The health benefits I experienced were significant and I decided to continue eating mostly meats and eggs. I will have watermelon in the summer because it is my favorite fruit and I will have some other foods and desserts but only on special occasions and holidays if I want to at that time but I don't buy any of it to keep in my home daily. I don't know how I would handle not being able to control the temperature in my home. Hopefully you can crack a few windows if it's too hot and use fans to circulate the air to be comfortable. 🤗

I live in public housing in New York. the Heat like the Water is turn on in Housing. You can go days without heat and then bam the turn the heat up like it summer. it is so weird not be able to control the heat.
