it’s eggs (protien which is good for weight lose) edamame which is a VEGGIE AND HAS MANY BENEFITS LOL and taco meat (which i didn’t like due to the seasoning i used) and the only very unhealthy thing is bacon which my family ate most of, i’m not completely sure what y’all are so mad about but google is a good place to start and i never said it was healthy lol it’s just a meal prep

Y’all are not too bright. Meal preps aren’t just for health, but for convenience. Like frozen meals for instance. This meal itself has veggies and protein. Obviously they are eating more than just that meal though. I don’t agree with meal prep itself because it’s just a glorified version of keeping the same leftovers that are days old in tidy tupperware, but man you guys managed to hate on all the wrong things incorrectly.
