Interesting take! Naruto with a forbidden dojutsu would definitely face even more challenges, maybe even from the people he protects. It’s true sometimes society does try to control or push out those with unique powers.

@AlternateKonoha In my personal experience, I find that almost always society will outcast if someone or something is out of their ability to control. But in the naruto story I only somewhat relates machiavelli because I remembered his conversation with nagato and his reaction to jiraiya's death. It's really hard to mentally discipline oneself in that particular scenario, because the first thoughts why should one unconditionally owe others and also the only real solution to nagato's dilemma is to instead think something for the mean time that will create some peace if not in entirety for a longer time - buying time to find an answer if there is even really one.

You're right! Tsunade’s Infinite Tsukuyomi dream does give us a glimpse of what could’ve happened if the Uchiha never rebelled. But it’s still fun to explore the 'what ifs' and think about how things might have played out differently without the rebellion.

You are right, if Naruto never became a Jinchuriki, Minato likely wouldn’t have sacrificed himself to seal Kurama.

Without Jiraiya’s guidance, learning Sage Mode would have been a much bigger challenge for Naruto. Jiraiya played such a crucial role in shaping his abilities.
