I have bought Inky shoes multiple times, and believe me, they are quite good. They also have amazing policies. Even at my home, my brother buys their shoes as well, and we've never been disappointed. In my personal opinion, I am genuinely satisfied with them.

Disappointing Quality and Frustrating Return Process - Not Worth the Hassle! I recently had a disappointing experience with Unze London's online shopping, and their "Lifetime Return Policy" is nothing but empty words. The product quality was below expectations-poorly made apparel, some items even arrived in bad condition, which was very frustrating. I visited their Emporium Mall branch after contacting customer service about a return, but the collection of appeals wasn't available. While the staff was polite, they directed me to the Amanah Mall branch. Upon arriving there, I found out the missing unit I needed was still being dispatched from another branch (GWA), and I was asked to come back the next day. This back-and-forth wasted a lot of time, energy, and fuel, not to mention the inconvenience. The so-called "Lifetime Return Policy" is just for show. While it sounds great, the actual process for returns or exchanges is unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. The effort I've put into this simple return process is beyond what any customer should deal with. If you're considering shopping at Unze online, be aware that the product quality is subpar, and if you need to return anything, expect a frustrating and time-consuming process. Definitely not worth the hassle.
