Hey Griff, I have this machine and have a quick question Unfortunately my first unit was dead on arrival Second unit shows clean and steam icon after every use, and the only way to clear is hold the milk froth button for 4 seconds. Is it normal for it to require this after every use of the milk system?(Latter, cappuccino)

The first until I had was sadly dead on arrival and stuck venting over and over again Second unit is fine, except the clean light is constantly on, despite following the cleaning program(which takes forever) So now I'm unsure what to do with it. Coffee is lovely and machine seems ok, bust the clean light is on already and won't go out

cheers griff, i was looking at the outer gaps and trying to force it. did it in 10 seconds after you said ignore outer and get inner in line
