The Tragic Hanging of Mary the Elephant
Mary the Elephant was a circus elephant for Charlie Sparks' traveling circus. Mary, while in Kingsport, TN, killed a homeless elephant handler. Because of this, the town sought out swift justice. The justice that followed was anything but swift or just.

    Every summer the National Park Service transports a number of 15 passenger vans across FONTANA LAKE on a barge to provide transportation to the heirs of vanished mountain towns to visit the remote cemeteries where their ancestors are buried. These events are called "Decoration Days" when the heirs have a church service, decorate the graves with flowers and memorbilia and then have a grand picnic , the like of which few people have ever attended. So the NPS does indeed keep its promise to provide access to the heirs of this remote area. And it is an absolute treat to come upon such and event when hiking for miles along the wilderness of Hazel Creek.

    I’m most worried about the effect of climate change on continental drift

    • @texasforever7887
      @texasforever7887 5 дней назад

      Why? The speed of the continental drift is about 1 inch a year or about 8 ft every 100 years. It is caused by the slabs being pulled into the mantle at trenches thousands of miles below the surface. Climate change has nothing to do with it and cannot effect it at all. If anything it effects climate change when the continents collide or rip apart changing ocean and wind currents.

    In the official report, you say it's impossible, but there was a ranger and others in other reports that have stated and covered the distance. I have read and reread lots on the Dennis Martin case. The family that saw someone walking also stated that that person got into a car and drove off. They also stated hearing cries or something like someone yelling but at a distance from where they were at. There are a lot of different reports on the disappearance and a lot of theories. There are a lot of disappearances, but this one seems to intrigue me more since the government sent in Soldiers to help look for him. Not just any Soldiers, but Special Forces and they went in armed. The government agencies know that there are feral people living within the GSMNP and the surrounding national forest.

      They actually wiped out around 30 wildlings including the one that chopped up Dennis & ate him raw. Though they kept it from the family as to cover up the fact that their son was ingested raw. Something about keeping them from the horror of living the rest of their lives trying to stomach the scenes. & so as to keep it at bay from the public because good kids like me are already thinking about going into the deep of the forests, to hunt them. They also cover themselves with mud, & grass/leafs & run extremely fast, able to cover distances that most of us cannot. Due to their long legs & adaptability to the terrain. This is ole news… & totally believable as there is a tribe in Mexico that has people that run 100 miles straight & back only with some sandals on. Either way…. Them ferals do exist & I have even dream about seeing 1 hunting, moving extremely fast. Remember that they are all for the most part really tall. The fact that they’re out in the woods getting all that good air & raw foods(human/animals) & sunshine allows em to grow real tall, which is why they are mislabeled as TwinkFoots for the most part. We gotta get the inhabitants of San Francisco & West Hollywood to go camping there more often. Maybe them ferals will catch one of them Twink’s disease, infect the rest of the wildlings… & die.

    I got Confederate family members from East Tennessee, which is also where I was born and raised. As a matter of fact, the church I went to growing up was built on a civil war battlefield. While they were digging and building, they found a bunch of old black powder balls, belt buckles, and pieces of clothing worn by soldiers.
