It depends on the condition of the beach - firm sand and 8- 10 mph wind is just ok with a 4.5 m sail unless your a heavyweight

More great video. I'd like to hear a commentary by the pilot: "Geez! Where'd he come from?!?" "Hey! All you people get off my beach!" How do you keep you camera so steady? I would think the vibration sailing over the moonscape would make it impossible. Nice work.

Great video! First I've seen that really conveys the feeling of beach sailing at De Panne, even though the camera is mounted a lot farther forward than where the pilot actually sits. I can almost feel that slimey seaweed on my face again! Nice effort.
