Sir I am trying to take back up of TP177B PN/DP hmi through the Ethernet cable on simatic prosave ,I am not able to take it because connection couldn't be established,I have ping from PC to hmi it's showing fine. Just want to know which option has to be selected for the the PG/PC interface for the Ethernet cable ?
if you are getting ping from hmi then you must need to select correct HMI model on prosave like correct inches, model, version etc

You say AC for the analogue control input, but the sticker says DC. The datasheet also says DC for control input Y.

yes you can use mpi for faster communication if hmi support mpi see setting of hmi and manual

What’s should you do if you set it to one (1) and the driver still showing the alarm? Change capacitors?
There can be many reason which can be identify by checking component, start with checking DC bus voltages, then go to capacitor then rectification side of drive Thanks
