The money you were losing was ridiculous mate, and for what? Your family is way more important. Proud of you G Man for wanting to quit. You lost £800 that session i lost £710 around the same time. Its not worth the feelings you get. I finally decided to seek support. Within a few days ive been set up with one to one support via the RCA Trust. The woman was really nice and im looking forward to battling back against the urges. I never want to feel the feelings i get from just another loss ever again. It really put me in a dark place of late. You can do it bro, keep the faith in yourself. There's always better days ahead. If you have a family then you should not be playing them things. Over a year you are losing 9% of every £2 press. Imagine how many times you press that button and times it by 18p If you press it 20,000 in a year you are giving those shops £3,600 of your money. Now imagine the nice holiday with your kids you could have with that. Nice memories or memories of watching reels go around and around. Maybe do a nice £500 special once a year and play 50p stakes.
