It's 8.4 miles round trip if you start at 104th St and Bell Rd trail. Kicks my butt every time I do it.

I did this hike for the first time tonight 3/14/2023 and it kicked my butt! But I cannot wait to do it again! And wow, I cannot imagine getting to the bottom and turning around and doing it again! Thanks for the video tour of the route that you did previously, it made me feel comfortable enough to sign up for this as my first triathlon. I wasn't really prepared for the hills on the bike and the heat, but I did finish. I came in dead last! I absolutely will do another Triathlon in the spring. Thanks for your videos
