if ur using ios there are no free vpn which supports phili servers as far as i know if ur an android user try power vpn it has phili servers thats how i am playing this game right now !

join their discord servers ! it pops up when ever u launch the game in their discord server look for announcement tab over der they usually post about when are they opening new slots for player they also mention timings just convert that time to ur time i converted the local philopenas time and got the slot !
