So want to learn how to hand strip, payed for my border to be stripped but when I collected him it was clear he hadn’t been he looked nothing like the coats I’ve watched on utube.

I have quite a few stripping blades but not as wide as yours. I striped my Airedales and Rough Jack Russell’s for years. What brand and where can I get a stripping comb like the one you use. Love it. Thanks in advance

When I saw that title I was afraid it would be a 3 hour video! I never had the patience to strip my girl, I just shaved her and she actually looks OK. BTs are wonderful dogs, except for that grooming issue.

You did a lovely job of hand stripping and explaining the process. Dog looks very good. What a sweet breed. I have a Chihuahua -Terrier rescue and I think he is a Border Terrier mix, same type of face and personality. The hair does not look like it needs hand stripping, but he does have a dense undercoat so the Furminator undercoat rake was used and it took out a lot of dead hair. The top coat looks fine though, funny. You did a very nice job on the dog's face. It looks clean and well defined. Thank you! Please do not add music to any demo videos, it is so hard on the ears. It addles my brain and stresses me out to have another level of noise over the voice when I am concentrating. Not everyone likes music with demos.

I have a 6 month old Toy Poodle-Maltipoo mix. I would like to cut his hair myself. I would like to ask how it works when cutting because of the tactile hairs. Do you have to cut around it or is there nothing else to consider? I don't want to do anything wrong or accidentally hurt my dog.
