Hello automotive enthusiasts. This channel is all about building scale model cars and motorcycles. Preparation, detailing, painting, assembly and everything in-between. Not all of us can have all the cool cars in real life and the next best thing is to build a scale model replicas which has it's own unique advantages. Enjoy.

What was the idea of putty at the beginning regarding wing mirror?? Why did it need the putty? And what’s the blue stuff you put on the headlights? Sorry for all the questions I’m new to building 😅
blue staff its like to cower parts from paint its like a ruber after its druyes its like a paper tape
The assembly of the mirrors was not precise so I changed how it is done... part of which was fillig a gap. The blue thing is liquid mask. There should be link in the description.

Any idea about the thinner/paint/pigment ratio? I'm about to eyeball it based on your vid, but it would be nice to know some numbers.
I don't have a mixing ratio. All is by feel. You have to try and see what will work. Start with some quantity of pigment and add more if needed
@@mmscalemodelcars I don't know what I did, but I ended up with a good result. The only probably is that my paint was too thick, so it couldn't spray. I just used the splatter "feature" and just rapid fired the trigger until it actually shot out. Eventually it became a nice, and even surface.

great build! would highly recommend as PS-290 airbrush with the fan cap though. painting an entire car with your fine-line detail brush is lol
I now have a Gaahleri 0.5 with fan pattern cap... I just need to get to the painting stage of something :)

Beautiful work. What was the purpose of oilbrushing the interior before painting, to add highlights/more depth to the color?

What is the custom mix of meteor gray if I may ask?
Hey there, it is a mixture of LP19 Gun metal, C72 intermediate blue, LP35 Insignia white, LP11 silver and H39 Silver. Major part was the gun metal but I have no proposition. All was eyeballing.
What was the circle cutter you used in this video?
I found the tool on amazon, its a dspiae mt-ec circular cutter
