Increasing exp gained isn’t a method. You’re literally just boosting the bonuses you get from the recruiter tree. If you do this “method” without increasing exp you won’t have much success. Best “method” is recruiting in state, make sure you set it as your pipeline, and find 3/4 star gems who will be 4-5 star type guys. You could land a 5 star but usually they’re 5 star bust that the big schools don’t really have interest in.
The only reason I increased coach XP was to make the tutorial easier for me. I can assure you, in leagues with the slowest coach xp setting. I have gotten multiple 4 & 5 stars in the first season.
After learning that your play affects who comes to you, I just put 25 on everyone equally and as long as you’re recording some stats at that position in your next game, it boosts player interest. Add the soft or hard sell on top of that and you’ll at least get 50 to 70 percent of the players you want off of a full board. Also, it’s good to go for the 3 star gems early while no one else is interested.
If you lose on a visit how bad does it effect you? Or is it still net positive?
I'm not completely positive. However, I have heard (don't quote me) that they changed the way visits work a couple updates ago and if you lose on a visit it can be pretty bad. But again, I am not sure and I will have to do some testing. Sorry for the late reply.
Easiest method is creating a new member for whatever team is in your way .

Great vid! Did you have coach XP Juiced?
I turned coach XP to fastest for this tutorial just to make it easier for me. However, this is still a good method without fast coach XP!

This glitch was patched in the Febuary 22nd Update
It still works from what other comments have been saying, make sure you are in someone else's map.

Worked great but be careful when doing it fast cause my game crashed when I was doing tripods and the tripods are a lot easier to find the spot I currently have 238 tents but they are pink 😒 lol I’ll have do a different color or just stick with those

@@nickwolfe1200 yes make sure you are in another person's game. I found a spot where it doesnt say the "...a beaver fell on your placeable..." message so make sure you get just the right spot to where that message pops up. If it doesn't it's not in the right spot. When it does pop up keep hitting "Ok" and keep spamming it make sure not to move or you will have to find the spot all over again. Then join any session, your's, the previous session, another map, it doesnt matter just join another session and the tents should be there.

It cant be your map, so yes.
