I wonder if the name Louie is a nod to the old Japanese dub giving Blaster the monicker Billy. Maybe normal names are his thing.

I am still tempted to get this guy. I didn't used to like Blaster just because Grimlock didn't like Blaster.

I don't know.. but I would guess its Louis Armstrong = Music = Blaster. Bit of a stretch with the spelling but their names are often a bit that way!
