Her arrangement felt a bit like the Rasberries….who wouldn’t be charting for another seven years after this was written. Her demos of the songs covered by other artists would produce a staggering record…probably a double or triple album, come to think of it.

How amazing were the Beatles? Paul is this great musical force that gave colour and magic to everything they did; George was thoughtful and spiritual and honestly reflective of the human experience; Ringo is a great collaborator who loved to be part of an ensemble, and a beautifully song-dedicated drummer with fantastic feel; and the leader of the band was this man: perceptive, articulate, honest, deep, truthful John. A unanimous democracy - where Ringo could veto what Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison wanted to do! A totally fantastic team. The world needs to learn from them.
