Absolutely. If it hurts you’re doing it right, eventually the pain goes away.
Is there a special chair you’d recommend?
In my chair classes, we use regular old metal foldable chair. You can pick them up for like $10 @ Wal-Mart

Mines are either to high or too unstable.
@@samanthaheterodoxias2534 I got mine from IKEA called 'NISSE'. It is a folding chair, but really stable and of great height. I decided to buy it as we used it for chair dance when I signed up for classes! Hope this helps!
