I suggest everyone read the book The Power of Now to finally get in touch with your consciousness. Because a lot of people are in auto pilot and when they hear the voice in there head it’s negative and they think they are there thoughts when they are not. You are you. Talk to the voice and tell them they aren’t you and take control of your thoughts. Move around this world with a plan. Every second talk to your voice

Reclaiming that voice is important, takes a period of detaching from familial and societal conditioning and I've used mindfulness meditation - I like books such as "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels" for mindfulness meditation - to be more self observant, it's also a major help to set boundaries in relationships.

She said, "Slow your fatass down Jackie." 😂

@ Maria I totally agree with you. I think about getting a second job while business picks up at my shop. But If we have a plan b it takes energy and time from your plan A. And definitely agree fear of failing my self and not accomplishing my dreams is what keeps me going.
