    The videos are very great. I have watched almost all the videos on the channel but they are not beginner friendly. So many unfamiliar terms and assumptions mentioned. Kindly make a video using a real scientific study and take us through the whole analysis process step by step. A mixed methods study preferably to hit two birds with one stone. Thanks for the great work.

      While I haven't tried to change the probabilities on the y-axis to percentages, I believe it's possible since percentages can be probabilities. Setting min and max on y-axis, that might not be possible since it calculates the probability ratios between 1 and 0. For the x-axis, sure, you can change the ranges as they suit your data.

    .Hi,Thanks for a great video...I had a set of 28 genes and the journal wanted to make a single KM plot I applied the coxph model .Here is the code I used for a set of 5 genes. res.cox <- coxph(Surv(survival_time, event) ~ IL10 + CXCL1 + CXCL2 + CXCL3 + IRF4, data =BLCA_data) #to visualize genes, I construct a new data frame gene_df. #here all genes have discrete values in BLCA_data ,with 1 as high expression & 2 as low expression. gene_df <- with(BLCA_data, data.frame(IL10 = c(1,2), CXCL1= c(1,2), CXCL2= c(1,2), CXCL3= c(1,2), IRF4= c(1,2))) fit1 <- survfit(res.cox,newdata = gene_df) ggsurvplot(fit1,legend.labs=c("High", "low"), data=gene_df) With this model, I got a single KM plot of high and low expression gene groups. However I am not able to get a female,female and high and low expression curve . Can you help me in this. Will highly appreciate it.
